The client goes through a preapproval process which gathers important data such as building locations, billing information, special instructions, phone numbers and contact people. This allows UDK to streamline their response time and begin working on the loss more quickly.

When a property loss occurs, the client calls the dedicated line and tells the emergency operator that they are a Priority Customer and gives them their code. The operator then passes on the information and UDK is able to look up the customer's information and quickly respond the loss with the appropriate equipment.
