CB Richard Ellis Welcomes Stan Kozlowski

The Salt Lake City office of CB Richard Ellis is pleased to welcome Stan Kozlowski. Mr. Kozlowski is one of three partners within the CBRE Hotels practice, specializing in hotel debt and equity financing. Kozlowski previously worked at CBRE's San Diego office.

Mr. Kozlowski has held positions with Sonnenblick-Goldman, Insignia ESG, HVS International and Neptune Hospitality Advisors where, along with Gavin Davis, from 2003 to late 2006, they acted as lead advisors on the debt and equity financing assignments of the firm, managing lender relationships, loan procurement, loan structuring, and client relationships.

Mr. Kozlowski has completed more than $1.5 billion of real estate transactions and assignments including senior mortgages, mezzanine mortgages, strategic asset sales, private equity placement and real estate valuations. Mr. Kozlowski's notable transactions include more than $575 million of aggregate financing for American Property Management Corp. and its affiliates, more than $100 million in financing for Pinnacle Hotels USA and more than $40 million in financing for Hansji Hotels.

Additionally, Mr. Kozlowski has completed more than 75 financing transactions in the past five years and he is a frequent participant on hotel industry panels and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
